This very popular workshop for first year quilters, usually following after your first quilt. It will give you the option of deciding between quilting by hand or by machine. We will supply you with a quilting foot and you need to bring in your own sewing machine which is capable of lowering the feed dogs. We will practise the basic continuous line quilting (stippling/meandering, leaves, flowers, words, feathers) and will draw and sew a sunflower cushion cover in the afternoon session. Practise is the secret to this craft! Level: good knowledge of your sewing machine (speed etc.)
